AusTex QuickBooks Hub is a private internal business tool used by AusTex Gardens to connect this WordPress website with the company’s QuickBooks Online account.
This tool is not a public software product, marketplace application, or service offered for use by outside customers. Access is limited to authorized AusTex Gardens administrators and approved support personnel.
Purpose
The purpose of AusTex QuickBooks Hub is to help AusTex Gardens view and manage business information related to QuickBooks Online, which may include customers, vendors, estimates, invoices, payments, bills, bill payments, products, services, and related business records.
QuickBooks Online remains the financial system of record. AusTex QuickBooks Hub is intended to provide a more convenient business interface and website integration layer.
Authorized Use
Only authorized users may access or use this tool. Users must not attempt to access information, systems, or records they are not authorized to view.
Authorized users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for using the tool only for legitimate business purposes.
QuickBooks Connection
This tool may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized OAuth connection process. Access to QuickBooks data is granted only when an authorized QuickBooks user approves the connection.
AusTex Gardens may disconnect the QuickBooks connection at any time.
No Public Account Access
This tool does not provide public customer accounts, public vendor accounts, or public access to QuickBooks records.
Limitation of Use
This tool is provided for internal operational use. It is not intended to replace QuickBooks Online, professional accounting software, tax advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
Changes
AusTex Gardens may update, modify, restrict, or discontinue this tool at any time.
